Step 1: Consultation

Your designated GrateSolutions account manager researchers prospective sources of funding and presents a feasibility study that examines the probability of funding.

Step 3: Grant Writing
After reviewing our feasibility analysis, in consultation with our clients we select the appropriate grant sources and begin the application process.
Step 4: Grant Procurement
We work collaboratively with both our clients and grantors to ensure the smooth transition and accounting funds providing modifications if necessary to remain in compliance or strengthen an application during the review process.
Step 5: Grant Administration
If required and/or requested, our team can provide either direct fiscal sponsorship, assist in the identification of a prospective fiscal sponsor, or provided as needed compliance support for the duration of the grant.
Step 6: Grant Evaluation
Following the conclusion of a grant cycle, our team offers comprehensive grant evaluation services that include but are not limited to: grant reporting to funders, institutional effectiveness studies, legal compliance reporting, and fiscal accounting guidance.
